Vevo Meets: Kap G. 2017
ATL MC Kap G’s family emigrated from Mexico and made a home in Georgia. The 22-year old always liked music growing up, but addressed it on a serious level when he felt that he wasn’t getting enough on-court time on the high school basketball team. He’s made a string of mixtapes, starting with 2014’s ‘Real Migo Sh*t,’ (critics praised his debut single, “Tatted Like Amigos,” with Chief Keef). He was part of XXL’s Freshman Class of 2015, and his latest album is ‘SuperJefe.’ In his ‘Vevo Meets’ interview, he told us about wanting learn to play the guitar, the favorite song he’s written so far, and opening doors for upcoming Spanish artists.
